Visiting hours Summer, April, 1st– October, 15th

Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Monday: closed (opened on Mondays in August and Bank Holidays)

Visiting hours Winter, October, 16th - March, 31sh

Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday: closed

Closing days: The Museum will be closed on December 24th, 25th and 31st and January 1st and 6th.

Children (under 14): Free admission

Groups (10 people minimum): 2,00 €

Residents from Navasfrías (Salamanca): Free admission

Thursday morning: Free admission

Guided tours

The Museum can be visited accompanied by a trained tourist guide. Guided tours are available for groups of a maximum of 25 people. Depending on the group, guided tours vary from 60 to 90 minutes. Spanish tours cost 15.00 €; French or English tours cost 18.00 €.

Disabled visitors

The Museum is provided with lifts and toilets specially designed for disabled people. There are no architectural barriers inside the building.

Norms of the Museum

  • Photos and video recording: Photography and Video Recording of any kind are not permitted inside the building. Visitors must leave their cameras and video recorders in the reception during their visit.
  • Smokers: Smoking is prohibited in the Museum.
  • Animals: Animals are not allowed inside the facilities of the Museum, except for guide dogs.
  • Coffee Shop: The Museum provides a rest area and a vending machine with hot and cold drinks, situated on the ground floor.
  • Museum Shop: Visitors can purchase high quality and certificated reproductions, and all kinds of souvenirs in the shop.
